James Nichol

James joined VAMPS in 2023 for their production of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, his first performance since having a small comedic role in a school musical production. A father to four wonderful daughters, and a rescue dog, James joined VAMPS for the enjoyment of singing, and to build his self confidence amongst new friends. He joined sister society St Neots Players in 2022 for Silly Cow, where he was part of the production team, this experience inspired him to audition for Chitty Chitty Bang Bang for the chance to perform on stage again after 40 years, and learn from such a wonderfully talented group. James is excited to be back in 2024 to perform in The Sound of Music. 

James would like to dedicate his performance to his four daughters Sarah, Amy, Holly and Isabelle, and their rescue dog Missie.
